CHICAGO– September 17, 2018 – TetraVX, a unified communications and collaboration (UCC) company that specializes in the delivery of cloud-based solutions, announced today its acquisition of Co-Mergent, a leader in Microsoft Intelligent Communications Management and Monitoring services.
The acquisition will strengthen TetraVX’s existing product suite by adding AlertPro365, Co-Mergent’s enterprise-class monitoring and analytics platform built for cloud-based Microsoft solutions like TetraVX’s sVX, Skype for Business Online, and Teams. In addition to the expanded expertise around Microsoft products and services, TetraVX will also strengthen its Nectar Professional Service offerings thanks to Co-Mergent’s five-year strategic relationship with the organization.
“Our acquisition of Co-Mergent is further proof of our commitment to providing world class UCC solutions to our clients and channel alike,” said Rob Dang, Executive Member, Corporate Development at TetraVX. “The acquisition not only offers our clients an added solution that will provide them with a holistic and proactive approach to their UCC environment, but it also allows our partners to resell, wholesale, or white label the AlertPro365 solution to their customers.”
Alertpro365 includes active monitoring capabilities across a multi-vendor network ecosystem. With a centralized management platform for monitoring, alerting, and reporting, Alertpro365 provides exact issue resolution details to IT departments — significantly reducing mean time to resolution. Additionally, with synthetic testing capabilities, organizations can proactively simulate call quality and therefore simulate capacity impact, should usage increase or a new solution be implemented.
As more and more organizations make the migration to Teams, TetraVX will not only be able to proactively test call quality prior to implementation, but as a Microsoft Cloud Service Provider can provide the licensing and training necessary for their client’s entire organization.
“I’m thrilled to be joining TetraVX’s leadership team and look forward to our newfound collaboration. Merging our offerings with TetraVX’s brings Co-Mergent additional support and will allow us the resources to take on larger projects,” said John Dusek III, CEO of Co-Mergent. “Not only does this give AlertPro365 a larger backing that will assist in its growth, but it also provides TetraVX’s sVX customers with an added monitoring solution.”
Dusek III will join the TetraVX leadership team as part of the acquisition. All of Co-Mergent’s current staff will also be joining various TetraVX teams.
